  I did not give any stars to the food because my husband and I left before ordering after being accosted in the parking lot before entering the restaurant. A young woman who appeared to be impaired ran up to us before we entered and requested, we purchase her a meal. I do not mind helping people in need and would have gladly given her some money for food. However, it was quite evident she was impaired. Quite strange there was not a single customer inside the restaurant. The kitchen staff did not seem to be working together. We will not stop at this location again. Be aware of your surroundings.

  Horrible went inside waited 10 minutes before anyone said something then ordered a biscuit and gravy and a coffee and it took another 10 minutes to get that 20 minutes to get a biscuit and gravy very unorganized

  My chicken tenders snack came without ANY sauce although I ordered and paid for an extra Honey mustard sauce. I received no sauces or napkins. I took my receipt back today and asked for another 3 pieces chicken tenders snack. The manager laughed at me. I may be 87 years old but when I order, pay for a meal in good faith, I expect to receive what I ordered and purchased. I think I deserve a replacement meal. If sauces did not matter much to me, I would not have purchased an extra one. The manager’s reaction to my purchase was like a slap in the face.

  I ordered an eight piece family meal with two sides. They told me they didn’t have enough chicken for my order. I said OK. I asked her how long it would be to wait. They said 11 minutes. 30 minutes later me and two other cars that ordered from the drive-through had to go in and get our food.

  HORRIBLE ! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order, only to be told they didn’t even have the food I ordered. On top of that, money was taken out of my account for a previous order that I never received because their credit card machine wasn’t working at the time. I spent my whole work break at bojangles for no one to resolve the issue . only just to tell me "the money will fall back into your account".. It’s unacceptable to charge customers and not provide the food or properly resolve the issue. There was no clear communication, no accountability, and no effort to fix the situation. I SPENT $40 at bojangles and walked out with 2 drinks
