I pulled to tye drive thru and I ordered a biscuit combo. While I was at the window, this male worker asked another female worker when is the last you cleaned while looking at a counter fridge and I heared the worst response you could ever hear while waiting for your food. She replied GOD KNOWS WHEN!!! I didn't know what to do. Cancel the order or pray. Also, no surprise there was no health rating posted anywhere visible.

My family and I were HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in our choice to eat here. In the past this location was a good place with quality staffing. The amount of time that we waited for our order, I was expecting for it to be fresh and hot, and my husband and daughter were missing items from their order, plus we witnessed a worker mixing up another customer’s order only for him to yell out to the customer before he walked out of the door. We also was expecting a quiet eating environment beside the lobby music, but instead there was constant shouting out of customers name in a half empty room, and we shouldn’t have been able to here the workers outside conversations from where we were sitting. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for quick efficient quality service.

I regularly visit this location due to its proximity, and the experience is consistently poor when compared to other locations. Dine-in customers routinely wait 30-40 minutes for their food while drive-through customers are prioritized. Regardless of how you placed your order, it’s likely to be incorrect more than half of the time. At this point, it’s my bad for expecting something different whenever I come to this location.

I give this location another try about every 90 days, and each time I leave asking, “Why did I do that?” This last visit was the worst. I hope they can get it straightened out. One-star issues: • Service • Wait time • Food quality • Lack of attention to the front For Quality Control: The kiosk ordering takes 2–3 times longer than ordering with a person, and special requests (like sausage gravy instead of brown gravy) are nearly impossible to enter.

This was one of the most frustrating and poorly handled experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. I placed a mobile order expecting a simple drive-thru pickup. Instead, I was told abruptly at the window that my order was “not ready” and that I needed to come inside. There was no explanation, no apology, and the employee walked away mid-conversation, which set the tone immediately. Once inside, I was then told they were out of egg. For a restaurant whose breakfast menu heavily relies on egg, this is a significant issue that should be clearly communicated upfront, especially for mobile orders. Instead, I was sent inside unnecessarily with no prior notice and no clear solution offered. There is also no straightforward way to cancel the order in the app, which made the situation even more inconvenient. At no point did it feel like anyone was interested in resolving the issue or even acknowledging it. To make matters worse, the dining room was visibly unclean. Tables and surrounding areas looked like they hadn’t been attended to in quite some time, which raises concerns about overall standards at this location. The entire experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and lacking even the most basic level of customer service. Between the poor communication, unavailable core menu items, and lack of cleanliness, this location seriously needs operational and management improvements.
