Just went through the drive through, I get to the speaker and all I wanted was a large curly fry and a large root beer. The little girl taking orders is rude as hell. First she’s like can I take your order, then I tell her what I want, then she’s goes oh can you repeat that, then I tell her it again then she goes “we don’t have root beer” I said do you mean your out of root beer? So then I was like do you have Dr Pepper. Then she goes “ya” with a snobby attitude. She needs better customer service skills. I’m sick of dealing with rude as customer service workers. Do better and retrain your staff to act proper to customer that doesn’t include snotty attitudes. I won’t be back to the location!

Ordered combo 1/2 lb roast beef sandwich..up sized my drink to a jamocha milkshake...
What I got was 1/2 of roast beef on a little bun then my large milkshake was turned into a medium chocolate milk.....not a milkshake but a almost warm chocolate milk drink.... definitely not happy with my visit to your store....thanks for a ruined lunch

Drive thru, very nice young lady on intercom yet the personnel at the window was awful. Do we not get the logic of milkshakes should be made when the food is getting packaged up. Not sitting and sitting while waiting for food is being prepared. Not o mention you don't even acknowledge the customer at the window while this is going on. Fyi, the milkshakes were made during the time the customer ahead of us was waiting. Poor customer service or this the way you like your food served up.

There is one middle aged gentleman that works here (manager?) and he is the only competent employee and the only reason the place hasn't gone up in flames yet. Please get that man some real help. He's always hustling and giving out orders and the rest of the crew is still messing it up despite his best efforts.
