This is how it’s done!!! Top tier customer service above and beyond which honestly I didn’t expect , I just wanted the sandwich that wasn’t given at the first store on Raleigh rd… Tamika the manager profusely apologized when I gave her the details of the details and seemed genuinely shocked at some of the worse details. I had my family with me and she treated my whole family to some extras which put things in the area of exceptional because we tried to refuse but she insisted. If there’s an issue just contact actual management or Tamika one of their fine managers. The entire store was friendly and nice. Will insist that my wife always come to this location from now on when we want Subway.
