Why on earth would they have us track down the pie delivered to the wrong address. They said they dropped it off at the door of the wrong address and when we finally found the place the pizza was gone and the people wouldn't answer the door. Before making it back home the police stops us questioning why we're knocking on peoples doors... Papa John's finally say
- MSMaria Arvizu SeguraJan 3, 20261.0I placed an order on DoorDash to get a pizza delivered around 7:30-40pm tonight, I was send a message from the dasher that the order was delayed. I assumed it was because they were busy on a Saturday night. Later I got a call from DoorDash saying that someone else picked up my order by mistake and that they would try to get my new pizza delivered as soon as possible. I was getting updates that my delivery was delayed until around 9pm when it was canceled. Only then was I able to get a full refund. I just don’t know how this happened! I heard the person who called me talking to whoever was at the store telling them they need to check on the name first before handing orders off, after that I hung up the call to contact DoorDash customer service and they were able to help me out to some extent. Either way I’m not happy with how my night went.
