    Ordered simply a medium McFlurry through the app. Had an employee plop a cup of frozen ice cream with the Oreos dumped on top. Awesome. Had to wait ten minutes for it to soften so I could attempt to mix it myself, with the bonus of a spoon to small to mix it without snapping in half. They should have paid me $4.19 to do their work for them.

    Didn't give me correct change because they didn't have pennies (No signage anywhere). Expected me to take the loss and refused to give me a receipt. On top of that, my food was ice cold! I was ready to refuse the food and demand my money back when the cashier asked the manager for change and then she threw a dime at me. This place has crooked customer service and garbage food even for a McDonald's. Stay away! Wendy's is just down the street and Wegman's prepared foods is always handy.

    Very poor service my kids and I came here this morning and my child had a Mobile app order we approach the drive-through place our order and add it on another order to the mobile app order we paid for our order. My son specifically asked the guy that took our order. Did he have everything down? He said yes with the attitude we got our food we didn’t have all our order in the bag so we turned around to get our order and the manager that was there had a whole attitude. so my son asked him is there anyway we can get our order remade while we wait for the rest of our food to be cooked the Mexican manager there had a very nasty attitude towards my child and took all their food from them except for the frappe and told him to get out my son said well we want our food. The Mexican manager was very aggressive to my kids and was yelling at them and told them he’s going to call the police because they did not pay for extra sandwich. I came into McDonald’s and told the manager we’re willing to pay for the extra sandwich but while we wait, can we get our order remade he told me no I’m calling the police and took my Son receipt. He didn’t give it back he told me the police was came . The proper authorities he’s called never arrived so I end up calling the police just so we can get our money back and we end up getting our money back once the police arrive . I truly feel like the Hispanic manager that worked there was racially profiling my kids because they’re teenagers and they’re black. He wasn’t trying to listen to them to see what was wrong automatically he judged them because of their age. all this could have been prevented if he would’ve just listened to the kids instead of approaching them with nothing but anger and rage very unprofessional.

    We always come to this location to get ice cream cones for a quick treat for our family. The team at this location is ALWAYS polite, quick and go above and beyond.

    Please have someone with a great attitude and greets customers at the window and registers. They are the first person customers have interaction with. This morning I just had a rude interaction with a worker. She opened the window, gave me the price and just looked at me. I said “good morning” and she completely ignored me. I said it again, and she finally said a dry “good morning.” She may be having a bad day, but that’s hard to say when I had the same interaction with her a few months back. Please understand that the customers are not forcing you to work a job you hate. A simple greeting should not be a burden. Literally the only fast food restaurant that has terrible customer service!! DO BETTER MCDONALD’S!!!!
