  Dude walked off with my order by mistake, these guys were more than happy to remake it. Friendly staff, good food.

  I was not at all mean or with any bad manners when I came into the restaurant. Store #00001354 at 100 Greensboro St in Chapel Hill, NC. I asked for a biggy b ag to be cooked fresh, it was, but the fries were not hot. They refused to replace them, nor did they want to give me the drink that came with the order because I explained that the Sr coffee was free. The person at the counter told me that I did not have to come in the store any more. The Manager, who is always nice and polite, did nothing this time. There was a lot of fussing between the employees and the Manager when the Manager was giving instructions. Could have pertained to record my incident, not sure, it was after I got the order and sat down. Sounds like she was explaining how she wanted the store run I assume. The employees were fussing back and forth with her. The Manager is usually nice and polite. The lady that took the order got very mean and nasty with me for no reason.

  Are walked in I guess it was like 7:00 I don't know what time the dining room close but it won't no customers in the inside but customers and drive through I walked up to the cash register the little young white Caucasian lady had an attitude with me I guess because I was the only customer in there and I don't know if it was her time to get off or whatever but she had the worst attitude ever trying to order my food she slammed my cup on the counter I don't know what was wrong with her

  I should have known to pull off when I saw there was no line . I ordered 2 meals, they asked me to pull up to the door and wait for my order. No one was in line behind me so I guess they did that to keep wait times down for their bonus . They brought my bag out . I was missing an order of nuggets and a fry. I tell the guy I'm missing food he had an attitude about getting the rest of my order. Then he brought it out without a bag! I was missing sauce and a straw and then the food was lukewarm. Customer service was subpar. Shut it down or hire new staff. I did not get a receipt so I will be watching my card for fraud. DO NOT GO HERE.
