I ordered two snack rolls —one Turkey Dijon and one Chicken Bacon Chipotle—along with a smoothie and a flatbread wrap. Instead, I received a wrap with chicken and pineapple. We do not eat heated or cooked pineapple. This is not what we ordered. Additionally, the wraps we received were regular-sized wraps, not snack wraps. This was a pickup order, and once we reached our destination, we immediately tried to call the store to report the issue. No one answered the phone, and the call went to voicemail with no option to leave a message. The service at this location has been consistently poor, and I am very disappointed that I did not receive what I paid for. I actually became nauseous after taking a bite of the wrap that was made incorrectly and nearly threw up. It was nothing but a large wrap of heated pineapples! Disgusting! I hope I'm not having a reaction to them because this is not something I eat at all. The label on the wrap was for what I actually ordered - a Bacon Chipotle Chicken Roll, but we received a full wrap of pineapples. I would appreciate hearing back from management regarding this matter.
