Whoever was working today was aggressive and scary. We pulled up to the drive thru and the worker was outside in his car. He eventually came inside and asked us for our order - we told him we had an online order and he told us to pull up, per usual. When he handed us our food, we noticed that there was an empty cheese cup inside, so assuming this was just an honest mistake we asked him to please fill it with nacho cheese. He left with the cup, came back, and handed us another empty cup. Confused, we said “this cup is empty, can you please fill it with the nacho cheese that we ordered.” He took the cup back again, came back, and pretended to place something in our hand. Then he gave us a scary smile, closed the window, and walked away. At that point, we became nervous and decided to just let it go and lose the $1 we spent on our side of nacho cheese. THEN, when we got home, we opened up our breakfast crunchwrap to see that it was just a crumbled up, empty tortilla. Very creepy, unsettling experience and we will obviously not be returning to this location…
