Starting about 4 months ago employees have claimed that the veggie patty is out of stock and "on-order". After 3 attempts returning several weeks apart they still do not stock the veggie patties.

When I called back, they didn't pick up until after 7 times. Then I explained how the sandwich i wanted wasn't on the website. The man said I can't do anything about it use the site.

The excuses was no Doritos, no trays and I called before I drove over there today and just hung the phone up with explanation cause I was disappointed. Subway needs a new CEO yall been falling off. The only reason yall still getting business is cause yall have the cheapest subs. But the quality starting to match the price. Jersey Mikes would never.
