  Very busy shopping center. Parking was hard to find on a Friday. But the food and service itself was as expected of a Pizza Hut. Service was fast and friendly.

  Absolute worst experience! Will never order from this place again! How the hell does a 40 mins wait turn into two hrs and 30 min wait, then turn into oh I’m sorry we don’t have a delivery driver. Smh didn’t you think to tell us that before you took our money and made us wait for hrs! I come pick it up and then the lady telling me I have to repay cause she had to cancel my order. Will never ever order from here again! zero stars!

  This was easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. I placed an online order for pick-up and arrived promptly to collect it. What followed was a complete failure of basic business operation. Upon entering, I stood at the front counter waiting for my order for nearly 30 minutes. During this entire time, not a single team member acknowledged my presence. I was ignored, despite multiple staff members being visible at various points. My pizza, which I saw sitting in a thermal bag, was clearly ready but was left to get cold. The reason for the total lack of service became apparent when I realized where the entire team was: gathered in the back area. The staff was engaged in a loud and unprofessional argument about work responsibilities. I could clearly hear them arguing about "who does what" and how they "are not going to support one another." This conversation was inappropriate for a business to be having during operating hours and was especially disrespectful while a customer was standing feet away waiting to be served. I eventually felt compelled to take a picture and then a video of the situation to document the complete breakdown of service and unprofessionalism. After the half-hour ordeal, my pizza was, unsurprisingly, cold because it had been sitting ignored in the bag. The focus of the entire team was clearly on their internal disputes rather than the customers waiting at the counter. I strongly recommend the management at this location address the complete lack of customer service training and the extremely unprofessional conduct of the staff. This experience was unacceptable.
