I walk in and see a pizza on the edge of the oven. told the employee the name for the order, and she tells me to wait as she continues to count the money in the drawer. 3-5 minutes go by and she finally walks back there and then she comes back to me and says it’s going to be another 5-10 minutes because the pizzas fell. Should be more professional and attentive to the oven and customers needs, though I understand counting the drawer is important, the other employee should have been paying attention. This order would have been 15-20 minutes late because of them.

I called the local store and the Manager Ashley in the Chapel Hill store was so kind and understanding she made it right for me and got my family our pizza. I highly recommend this store for great customer service
