Food here is always wonderful and usually so is the staff. Today was no different from the front window employee super kind young lady who made sure we got the right order. Once we reached the second window a woman (whom I assume is the manager due to her black shirt) who persistently tried to hand us the wrong food and once we clarified it wasn’t ours she rolled her eyes and asked for our receipt which we didn’t have due to the fact it was a mobile order. She then rapidly read off our order which I hadn’t gotten the chance to realize we were missing an item. I was willing to purchase said missing item but instead she passed us half our order and told us to pull up. At the final window a very kind man helped us out. The service is usually impeccable so this was quite disappointing. I hope this woman improves cause this store is a wonderful experience without her attitude. I’ve worked in fast food for years so I know her behavior represents the store and that’s not a good look for the other hard working employees there. Especially because the young lady was running drive thru intercom, taking money and directing customers was able to tell us our order correctly and concisely while being kind and patient.
