- CCCrystal CombsFeb 16, 20261.0I come here often for breakfast and more times than not they make my order wrong. I ask for white cheddar cheese but they make it with yellow. This time I had time to turn around for them to correct it and their way of correcting it was pulling off the yellow cheese and adding white cheese which leaves creamy melted yellow cheese on the sandwich.. Another sandwich thrown away. Do not waste your time here.

I was trying to order a drink off the Valentine’s menu to which the cashier kept interrupting me because she herself didn’t know that the drink literally came from the menu. Once she found it, I asked if I can switch out the sweet cold foam for their chocolate cold foam and she said “yes.” I got my drink and she had given me the sweet cold foam instead of the one I ordered and refused to change it out when I asked politely before even taking a sip out of it. She told me I didn’t ask for the chocolate cold foam and overall was so rude. She went even further to talk with her coworkers about me and my friend saying “They think they’re at Starbucks.” Beyond rude employees and terrible experience!! No customer deserves to be treated like this when they’ve done nothing wrong!!!
