- MHMatt HJul 19, 20255.0This could have easily been a 1 star as their computer system was screwed up. I ordered through the app, the app told me it was ready for pick up. I walked in, they could see it in their system but it had not been sent to be made. I could tell the young manager was getting ready to be berated. Whats the point in that? They rely on national systems to work and when they don’t, they get the brunt which is completely unfair. He was professional, apologized and got the pizza going. It cost me 10 minutes and in the great scheme thats nothing. I hope the franchisee reads these and gives this staff a raise. They rectified a problem which was none of their doing and made a happy customer. Everyone should have to work in foodservice at some point so they know what it’s like. The team at this Dominos is chefs kiss!!!

- JBJohn BradingMay 12, 20181.0I've been going to this Domino's for years. This is the third time I've had issues with this store. A while back, I ordered the brownies. The were so burnt on the bottom that they were inedible. A couple of months ago, I ordered online for carry out. When I got home, I found that they had given me someone else's pizza. I called them and they said I could bring it back and they would fix me the one that I ordered. I told them I wasn't going to get in the car and drive back. I was hoping they might give me credit. They did nothing. Tonight I ordered a thin crust pizza. When I opened the box, I found that the edges of the pizza are black. The remainder of the crust is dark brown--not quite burnt, but close. I'm not going back for a replacement. I can eat it as long as I cut off the edges. It seems to me that a place like Domino's would recognize that there's competition all around them. I haven't tried Marco's pizza yet and it is closer to me. And there's a new independent place that's even closer that I haven't tried yet. I'm pretty sure that I'm not giving Domino's another chance. Oh, to be fair--they had a special deal on cinnamon twists, so I decided to try them. They're quite good. I guess that earns them that single star.
