The medium pizzas are thin, crushed/folded, and cold. The tots are burnt black, literally, and somehow overcooked and cold. If this was a $25-30 order, whatever. No. This was over $50 of minimal effort menu items, and this is what my family and I expected to accept? What does the Dominoes app offer? Another shitty pizza or 20% another menu item that I’d have to spend more money on to receive yet another disappointing meal.

They had not even started the order. The store was well staffed and not busy. I only saw one delivery pouch leave, and two other pickups cancelled and left ahead of me. The staff is lazy, and they need adult supervision. I cancelled the order, and I won't be back.

I walked in, they could see it in their system but it had not been sent to be made. I could tell the young manager was getting ready to be berated. Whats the point in that? They rely on national systems to work and when they don’t, they get the brunt which is completely unfair. He was professional, apologized and got the pizza going. It cost me 10 minutes and in the great scheme thats nothing. I hope the franchisee reads these and gives this staff a raise. They rectified a problem which was none of their doing and made a happy customer. Everyone should have to work in foodservice at some point so they know what it’s like. The team at this Dominos is chefs kiss!!!
