  This will be my first and last time ever purchasing from this location. The delivery driver marked my order as delivered and was not able to contact me for whatever reason and brought the order back to the store, this wasn’t the issue. I know delivering to an apartment building can be tricky sometimes and I walked my entire building just incase it was left somewhere else but since it was marked delivered and no one contacted me, I went to the store and God did I have the rudest experience with the person working the kitchen. I never once implied my order had be remade and multiple times he said he wouldn’t be remaking the order. I only inquired where the delivery driver was or if they could be contacted so I could figure out where the food was delivered as it was marked delivered on the APP. It seems as thought he took his frustrations out on me for whatever reason and I was very taken aback by his tone and the manner in which he was speaking to me. I really appreciated the other 2 employees that did try to help and didn’t agitate the situation while he continued his remarks in the kitchen. . Definetly won’t be purchasing from a place where my food is made with that much hate and negative energy. Flabbergasted that this was even the experience that was had over a delivery mistake.

  I was told about some great deals from an enthusiastic team member Shawna. She fixed a tasty pie and gave me wonderful customer service while making the order.

  Ordered at 6 - cheese pizza - at 6:26 put in ovev - at 6:33 took out of oven - at 7:40 finally delivered COLD - called and spent total of 73 min on hold 3 different calls .... RIDICULOUS

  delivery is always late, pizza is often undercooked and doughy, tonight my pizza is currently 30+ mins late, and ive been on hold for 10 minutes... no one answering the phone. i could come pick up the order if i knew they had delivery problems, but the website told me it would be a 35 minute delivery... still sitting here over an hour later no food. been on hold now for 30 minutes, food still not here, the website says it spent over an hour sitting on a counter before even going out for delivery. food finally shows up 1 hour past the original delivery time. food is cold, the serving size for the pasta bowl looks deperessingly small not that i really want to eat this room temp congealed slop. i was on hold for 40 minutes with the store and was never able to talk to anyone, cant even answer a call from a paying customer? what kind of business is that, after all that hastle the only thing dominos AI customer service can offer me is a free medium pizza... yeah i want to order from you guys again! not! not being refunded for this is just bullshit, dominoes will never get another dollar from me, because this feels like i was lied to and stolen from. not getting the service i payed for should result in a refund not return business.
