  I had a really frustrating experience with Domino’s tonight. I placed an order at 6:58 PM and after waiting far too long with no updates, I finally had to call the store myself just to find out what was going on. To my surprise, my pizza hadn’t even gone into the oven until 8:00 PM — over an hour later. That’s completely unacceptable for a simple order. What made it worse was that the person who answered the phone was apparently the delivery driver, and he was rude and unhelpful. There was no apology or effort to make things right. At that point, I cancelled my order. Poor service, poor communication, and a complete waste of time. Never again.

  Been ordering from this dominos for years. As of late it’s been under “new management” and since then the builds and timing have been terrible. Currently writing this review while waiting in the parking lot because they were “backed up”. Was told 15-20 more min. Gave them 25, went back to the pickup window and my order hasn’t even hit the oven. The staff is great, but get it together, “management”…an hour, for a pizza, that gets put on a conveyor belt oven?

  This Dominos ran out of ingredients. Instead of calling me and telling me I found out when I arrived at the store after the tracker in my app kept pushing the pickup time back over and over. To their credit I was told I would be refunded. Disregarding the value of my time was not appreciated though.

  I ordered pizza today from this location. Ever since I was a kid, Domino’s has been my favorite place. But today was honestly shocking. The guy adding the toppings wiped down the tables, wrung out the mop, took the trash out, and kept touching his hair the whole time. Then he came back and started adding toppings to my pizza and was also the one who cut it. All of this without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Honestly, I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it — I threw it in the trash. If I lived closer to this location, I would have contacted the health department and filed a complaint. Where is the manager? Where is the person responsible for cleanliness? If I don’t hear back, I have photos and I will be contacting the proper authorities.
