  I went here April 9th, a Thursday night, at 8:50 p.m. I go to the drive-thru. The line is already slow because they're taking forever, so we're ordering at the speaker. The girl taking our order is not competent. She takes our order. We have to keep repeating what we want, and then she repeats the order back, and she says a grilled chicken sandwich, and I said, no, I had the spicy jalapeno club, and she's like, oh, okay. And then I tell her the sauces that I want. I don't want jalapeno ranch with the clubs. I had two meals just like that, and I didn't want the jalapeno ranch. I wanted the honey roasted barbecue instead. And I told her I needed five packs in total for my order. So we wait in line. We get around and pay cash. We get to the window and get our food, and on our receipt, she charged us for an extra drink. I had a half and half tea with one of the meals and a strawberry hibiscus lemonade with another meal, and she charged us for three drinks. So we get a refund for that, and then we pull around to eat our food, and in the bag, there is two jalapeno ranches, and there is one honey roasted barbecue. So the lobby is closed, and we don't want to wait in line again after already having to get a refund after being overcharged. So we get out and walk up to the drive-thru door where they're passing orders out and get the sauce. Then we pull off and park in the parking lot, and I ordered mac and cheese. There is no silverware in the bag. And then as my boyfriend goes to drink his drink, they gave him half tea, half lemonade. They gave him an Arnold Palmer, but he ordered a half sweet and half unsweet tea. So we didn't get the sauces, no silverware for the mac and cheese, had to have a refund on the order for being overcharged for an extra drink, then realizing they still gave us the wrong drink. Just not a good experience.

  I visited this Location on a Saturday of this month, I wasn't greeted by the employee that acted like I wasn't there.kept looking at me but! REFUSED!! To ask me did I need help,their was a couple waiting for their food. I would have been the next in line. She went around me and waited on the customer from the dining area that asked for something extra. Kinda let it go, another customer came in,instead of waiting on me! She asked her could she help her!! Thank goodness for the young man, some people would say he have special needs, to me he was special to recognize the ignorance on the floor! That takes being raised right! Knowing that every customer is treated equally!! No matter what the color of your skin!! She needs to look in the mirror!! I gave the young man the 5 star! For recognizing me!!

  The food was good but $9.×× dollars for only a sandwich 🥪 was a bit much and I would probably never go back due to pricing.
