After sandwich was made I seen the bread was burnt asked if it could be remade the MANAGER refused to bc of her opinion it wasn't burnt bc she made it herself she was very rude and sarcastic

I ordered from the app. Got there was told there was an issue with the computer syncing with the app and they had no record. Was told that it wasn't their issue and if I wanted my food I would have to order and pay again. And that they would take my information give it to the manager and he would contact me about a refund. I went to Hardee's. Did give them all of my information waited 48 hours and never heard from management. Had to contact Subway directly. Once I did that I immediately heard from the owner got a refund and an apology. My recommendation before ordering from the app call the store.
