Please update your hours on the website so this will not happen to locals or tourists. This is very inconvenient with limited venues to choose from in Cashiers due prime season September 7th.
- KRkevin reedJul 6, 20251.0An elderly lady ordered a sandwich and gave them a coupon, but the employee told her that the owner won't accept coupons for "premium" sandwiches. I looked at the lady's coupon and explained that the coupon doesn't exclude the sandwich she ordered. The employee insisted that the owner will not allow them to accept these coupons unless you order a basic sandwich (which is not in the terms of Subway's coupon). It's shameful when a place promotes their business as "locally owned" and then the "local owner" proceeds to rip off an old lady with a coupon.
