  While the speed of service was speedy. The quality and taste of my order was poor! This team could use additional training on what and which ingredients go in the item(s) ordered. I wasted my lunch hour and money. Very disappointed, I won’t be back.

  Stopped in to grab a quick drink. Someone apatheticly asked what I wanted. My smoothie was made quickly. That's when it all went downhill. I would say this is the most important part. The smoothie was awful. Imagine a hint of pineapple, stale ice, and rotten fruit flavor all mixed together. Then somehow they managed to make the nasty concoction taste like it was watered down. I did not have a positive experience.

  I asked for less ice, willing to accept less volume overall..that was ignored. No one ever asked me what size I wanted, they just gave me the largest! The smoothie itself was very good..

  I am doing this review on behalf of Jaden anytime you go to get a bowl made from this tropical smoothie and Jaden is in that store. You better know he will not miss the bowls are absolutely amazing. They are beautiful. They are perfect. He always make sure he puts enough fruit in. I’m one of the ones that ask for extra fruit when I come in he gives me exactly what I am looking for every single time and I’ve been going here for a while, everyone else not to take away from them and what they do, but they have missed the mark on different occasions for me. They are not always consistent sometimes it’ll be too much granola sometimes it won’t be enough fruit. Sometimes everything will be frozen and so you can’t eat it at that time you would have to wait for it to thaw out But not with Jaden I don’t know what he does to make them so magnificent so amazing I do believe in giving someone their flowers. I just called the store to speak with a manager to also allow the manager to know how consistent this young man is every time I walk into that store or every time I send my son to get a bowl as well, and my son also agrees with me that this young man and I normally leave a tip for him personally every time I come he’s absolutely amazing when it comes to making a bowl thank you so very much tropical smoothie on crossroads Boulevard for hiring Mr. Jaden thank you Jaden. If you ever see this pose for always being consistent fast with your service polite and professional God bless you. Thank you so very much for making My family smile 😃
