  Maybe the worse food-ordering kiosks. Can spend as much time ordering food as eating it, and you're lucky if you're successful at getting the order correct. Food is good enough though.

  Panera is mostly always consistent with offerings - you know what you are going to get. Sign up for the rewards program and sip club to really get good value.

  Of course my grilled cheese and tomato soup were great, but what really made my experience was being assisted by Jay and David! I accidentally ordered food I was allergic to, and these two gentlemen rebounded with a smile, and went through every option until my order was rectified. They worked as a team, and were gracious with each other also, and kept their cool. I appreciate the customer service guys!
