- MMMeganMar 26, 20261.0I order 2 soufflés, on the app, at 8:45am to be picked up at 10am. I show up and they say they ran out of soufflés but refunded my order. I'm aware they run out, which is why I placed my order ahead of time, but why can't you take the mere minutes it takes to reach out so I don't drive to your establishment for no reason at all?? Especially when the entire order cannot be fulfilled! The woman said I should receive an email showing my refund but that it may not be received right away... Sooo then how am I supposed to know not to show up? Now it's almost 10:30 and breakfast had stopped other places. That's really ridiculous, in my opinion.

Panera has excellent menu selections of sandwiches, salads & soups - not a menu where you always get the same one or two things. I like the option to pick 2 of 3 items, (cup of soup, half sandwich, half salad). And, the bakery items (breads, bagels, pastries cookies...) are so delicious.

Called and asked if there was anyway they could communicate that with the staff here so I could still get my order. The manager decided to cancel and refund the order instead. However on the app the order was still seen as placed, and I was not able to use my sip club for a free drink being that an order was just placed. Which is why I simply requested them to talk to the staff over the phone and that would’ve been easier. Now I have to wait days for a refund and 2 extra hours to get a drink.
