I placed an online order at 10 and they said their lobby was open till 11 so I picked countertop pick up. Well they locked the lobby an hour early and when I went through the drive thru they said my order didn't exist and after 10 minutes of back and forth showing them my order they found it. Then they scolded me for going through the drive through because I had set it for countertop pick up. Your lobby was shut down and locked but it allowed me to choose countertop pick up. The manager handled it horribly and said he couldn't do anything when they had my order. I definitely won't go back there in the evening and probably ever. Don't allow lobby pickup if you're gonna shut it down at 10pm on a Saturday.

I know service has gotten worse across the board at fast food, but this visit was worth writing about. We ordered our food in the app, because we know that they get mad at you if you try to order at real counter and talk to a human nowadays. But, of course, in the app, you can't actually order waters. It's McDonalds' not-so-subtle way of making you pay for waters they actually offer for free in the store. We try not to drink our calories. So, we choose water not for price but for reasons, but I don't like paying for something they offer in the store for free. So, we placed the order. Then, when we got to the restaurant, we used the kiosk to order our waters. Again, because no one was available to talk to. And we waited. And waited. And waited a little longer. A line of people hoping to talk to a real person formed. No one would come up to the counter despite their being line of site for the folk in back. Finally they casually walk out and drop off an order, only to want to retreat without speaking to people. But the crowd insists. Finally, it is our turn, and we are told they won't give us the waters because they can't do an order that didn't cost anything. There are at least two problems with that: First, we had paid for food. The waters were the second order because of the way their humanles system works. We had the bag of food with us. They acted like we did not. Second, they made no attempt to communicate that they would not be filling our water order. The kiosk took it, gave us a number, put us in line, and we sat. We would probably still be there if not for the growing mob of people who also need some human support. I get streamlining your order processes to be more efficient. But this is clearly a miss. And, we've hit a new low when the few humans who work in a place will simply not interact with people who are attempting to get their attention unless those people force them to.

Usually grab breakfast from a different location. This one seems to be hit or miss as far as quality goes

I went there on my good lunch break and everyone was rude to me and giving me an attitude. I’m not sure if they thought I chose this job for them but news flash I did not. But that’s not even the worst part. It was the food. Specifically the fries…. I started to eat them and suddenly I had nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach AND diarrhea. It’s been 10 hours and I still haven’t been able to live normally. I was given limp fries that had given up on life just like how I felt when I saw them. I can now say I went through the 5 stages of grief in a new way. I came hungry and hopeful and left hungry and disappointed

Like it’s a Mcdonalds I don’t usually care abt fast food like this but this place has BEEN wack. I’ve gone occasionally over the past few years and it always takes forever to get cold food and they stay scrolling on their phones in view while ignoring everybody. Idc if you use ur phone but do ur job. Waited almost an hour once to get my order- i only ordered a drink cup. Went through drive thru today and everybody was rude and rolling their eyes and slamming the windows, on top of that the food I got poisoned everybody who ate it.
