  Terrible, all of my order wasn't in my to go bag, when asked the next day for a replacement, I was told no because I didn't have the receipt. Your staff forgot to turn the speaker off and saying a lot of not nice things.

  There’s a bug in the mobile app. I checked in for curbside, app froze, told me to go to the drive thru. No big deal. I go to the drive thru, guy acknowledges my order number at the speaker, doesn’t confirm the order but whatever, cool. Lady at the window takes a while to open it, has the wrong order, lectures me intensely about not checking in. Rude in my opinion, so I’m rude back. 2 stars for them for being rude, 2 stars for me for being rude back. +1 star because the order was correct. In any case, thought whomever monitors these reviews would like to know that I won’t be returning, even though this location is very convenient for me. I should lay off the McGriddles anyway.

  My family and I stopped at this location after celebrating a special milestone with our children. While going through the drive-thru, we were talking among ourselves to figure out what the kids wanted to order. The employee taking our order, Jordan, interrupted and told us that only one person could speak at a time and rudely asked for the code. The tone and way it was said caught us off guard. Because we didn’t want to hold up the drive-thru line, we decided to pull out of the line and go inside instead. As we were driving away, Jordan made an inappropriate gesture toward us by giving us the middle finger. We were very surprised and disappointed by this behavior, especially since we were there celebrating with our children. We expected a much more respectful and professional interaction.

  I was there March 6 at 9pm. The lady in the drive- through window taking the payment was FANTASTIC. One of the few actually kind McD employees I’ve seen in a long time - interested in selling and just paying attention and being customer focused and smiling. Thank you! Im just sorry I did not catch your name to call it out specifically. Ps - food was also great and fast.
