  They always have an attitude in the drive thru. How are you going to make a big deal about charging people for sauces then not put it in the bag. Never eating wendys again!

  Big cooperate trying to steal from little man taking change from every guest with the lies of pennies shortage. Also worker asked for two quarters for a dipping sauce. not .50 cents and no signs saying there was a extra charge for one dipping sauce with a order. Sounded alot like pocket money getting made here.

  The service here is absolutely disgusting and especially coming from the Manager. Her attitude and the way she treats customers is wrong. I work in customer service across the street and I would never treat nobody like that. I went through the drive-thru to order chili I wanted an individual cup of chili with cheese and onion. I asked the same question in different ways 3 times for her to understand. And she did not get it. And then wants to give me attitude when I pull up front and ask her why the total is $14 for An individual cup of chili. I pulled it up on my app and showed her and she just rolled her eyes and changed it. Y’all have the day you deserve.

  Walked in and none of the workers were at the front. The one lady ( pregnant lady) was at the window actually doing her job. The short Hispanic lady finally showed up to the front because some kid was screaming mama ( obviously her child ). The lady walked up to the counter yapping on her cell phone. Finally went to order a jr bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce, fries, and a drink.. she consistently was asking if I wanted the biggie bag.. to which I constantly told her no I wanted a meal not the bag. The pregnant lady had to correct the Hispanic lady about a door dash order. There was a family behind us that ordered but apparently they lost their order or something because they had to go back up and ask her where their order was. I ordered 2 jr frosty and 1 brownie one.. the Hispanic lady looked at me confused saying they dont have a brownie one.. I pointed to the menus behind her and said “ you do have a brownie one”. The lady brought me 2 very foamy liquid frosties and 1 brownie one that had some sorta like powder mixed into it.. I understand that it wasn’t particularly the workers fault..but she could have at least let us know the frosty stuff wasn’t ready. Thank you to the other older Hispanic lady who offered to bring us new frostys.. and to the the pregnant lady for actually doing her job! ALSO, the kid running around the restaurant ( the cashiers daughter) literally would not stop running around the place.. she knocked my grandchild to the floor and pulled another kids hair. Not to mention she went to the bathroom while my step daughter was in there and didn’t wash her hands.. and then went to the drink machine multiple times digging ice out of it with dirty hands. And was peeping up under the stalls while my grandchild was using the restroom.
