Smoothie was on time but we waited for over 20 minutes for our wraps and eventually had to leave without them. I told two different employees to check on our wraps because we were in a time crunch. They paid me no mind. Also saw an employee clock in and glove up without washing his hands. These teenagers need an actual adult in there. Such a mess.
