  Ordered an item online got there and they told me that they weren't taking online orders despite me already having paid for them, manager nowhere in sight. Asked to speak with the manager, she said the manager wasn't in, I come here all the time I get the same pair and save combo. The teenagers at the counter told me that they don't do that there. Despite me reassuring I get it all the time. So even though having paid for this online order that wasn't ready, They said that they wouldn't make it cause they "don't give out free food" which is not my agenda in any capacity because I had already paid for the food. Instead of just saying, yeah, "we'll make that now for you" The disrespectful little punks just keep feeding me excuses to not do their job. I used to come here all the time, but after this, this is ridiculous. Still have not gotten my refund for the online order yet too, so I paid for literally nothing.

  I went at lunch time so there were quite a few people there. The staff were working hard but still took a while to get served. This was my first visit so I was not sure of the process. You pick up your to go order in the food delivery cubbies.

  I spent 20 dollars for a sandwich that didn't have hardly any food in it, a banana for a side that was basically rotten, and for a smoothie that didn't have a straw that should have come with it, and to top it off, just called and didn't get any apologies for the inconvenience nor was able to get a refund for anything. No solutions whatsoever so I will not be coming back nor ordering anything else from this location either, what a joke......

  Missing part of my order. Ordered through the app. They don’t respond when you report it through the app. It’s happened a few times now. Most likely will stop buying from tropical smoothy. Unreliable company
