I arrived around 8:40, attempting to place an order on the app. one of the workers told me at 8:47 they were closed and no longer taking orders after they sat, conversed and laughed the whole entire time I was in the store. I don’t even receive a greeting when entering, after this is the 3rd time. I won’t be back at all. pls chose another location expect this one!!!

I did not taste it or look at it until I got to work. It was almost black. I had to leave work and go back to get it remade. The remake was still not completely right, but it was much better. This was very inconvenient for me. The person working there was very nice though and she was working alone so I tried to have some grace for her.

Got home, it's frozen solid. Everywhere else in town makes a fresh base. This base was a frozen chunk of base. Must have been pulled directly out of a freezer. It's chunky and ice crystal filled. 30 minutes later it’s still a solid rock of base. At 12 bucks, it's also so much smaller than their direct competition in the area. Never again. Waste of 12 bucks! It’s not even worth the calories to eat it.
