I ordered one six inch spicy Italian and one footlong BMT. I presented the coupon at the register and was informed I should have showed them before I even started my order. He also added that it only covers the "deli fresh menu." According to the coupon it clearly states "Excludes footlong snacks, fresh fit, festive chicken, festive turkey/TurHamKen." Both subs I ordered are valid according to this coupon. Yet I was rejected, the guy wouldn't even look at the coupon. So we paid full price. That's a scammy, shady way of doing business plain and simple.

I've frequent this establishment many times to purchase their fresh baked cookies and tuna salad. I, also love their ice so I asked one of the regular employees, the short young man, if I could get ice with my clear cup for free. He said it was okay and thereafter, I would speak everyday to let my presence be known, by speaking, and grabbed ice and sometimes my favorite cookies but I noticed the older employee, male, would give me a funny look so finally one day, when I came in to get ice with my cup, this older employee stopped me and informed me that the owner was watching me on camera coming in to get ice and wanted me to stop. I reminded him that I was granted permission all this time and offered to purchase the ice, but I decided to get ice elsewhere since it was a problem and I chose never to purchase anything from this establishment again and have informed my fellow employees and others of this behavior. Now I understand why the review feedback are so low. Good customer service is everything but its not here. I was so disappointed and taken back at his approach.
