I ordered delivery through the app. I got two of the same subs. It was regular chicken. Anyway I was eating the first one and I bit down onto like a bone or something as hard as bone. I tried to call them multiple times to give them the chance to make up for it but they didn't answer even once. The phone can't even take messages.

I visited the Subway here on Crossroads Blvd recently and wanted to ask some questions on the menu. Unfortunately, I feel the employee was a bit brusque in their responses, saying things like, “what you see is what you get, buddy” and implying that taking questions wasn’t part of their job.. they said “I’m not gonna hold your hand through the whole menu, that’s not really my job.” I walked out feeling undervalued as their custoemr. While I do understand everyone can have off days, a little more kindness and patience would go quite a ways in making customers feel welcome.

I don't like leaving bad reviews- but when the service is consistently bad at a location, something needs to be said. On multiple separate occasions I have been treated disrespectfully by the staff. My first trip into this location- the staff member working had headphones in- took one out to try to listen to me, and didn't wash his hands after taking it out. He was short with me, and another customer who came in to have an order remade because it wasn't done correctly.
Tonight, I go in- they assume I ordered online. It took 5 minutes of telling them I have not yet placed an order to get it through to them I was a walk-in customer. While ordering- the staff member- presumably a manager based on the polo shirt- was generally rude with me. If you can avoid this location- do so. There are other subway stores in the region with much nicer staff.
