  On Tuesday, February 24th, night time around 8pm I visited the Subway in Crossroads Cary, and it was awful. The server was rude, the oven was broken, and when I refused a microwave sandwich, she just said, ‘It’s up to you.’ Also, last time I bought a pizza, I was overcharged compared to usual. She mentioned new management, but this is just not the same as before. Very disappointing.

  I want to start with at least this wrap tasted fine. I paid $15! For a wrap the size of a soda can, if the tortillas are only so big the wrap can only be that big is not the issue it’s the fact you guys market them as equivalent to a footlong sub. I paid for half of the ingredients I should get for my money. It’s pretty ridiculous how subway continues to just take money in and not care. I’ve had multiple instances with this subway getting orders wrong and all I’ve ever got back was a “I’ll speak with the associates on how to correct this issue”. I should have at least earned a free sub for yall messing orders I pay my own money for.

  Don’t waste your money or time getting a sandwich here. You will still be hungry after as well probably. I would honestly give zero stars if I could. This establishment is under new management. I knew that probably was the case after the service and the sandwich I received about a month ago however I thought I would give them another try. This time I asked if they were under new management as I noticed the service and the sandwich being made was very similar to the last time. The gentleman told me they were under a new management that took effect About two months ago. You can definitely tell. $13.00 for a turkey and cheese sandwich with 6 small pieces of beyond thin turkey on a foot long sandwich (I have never been to any subway throughout the United States that has ever given me any less than 8 pieces of turkey) I asked for mayo in which they put very little amount on but I guess with six skimpy pieces of turkey. You only needed enough to make sure the bread was moist so you could swallow it. Then we got to the vegetables. The vegetables even the pickles are sliced so thinly it’s ridiculous. I had to ask for extra on all the vegetables I was asking for, and that still was skimpy and barely anything. The first time for pickles were put on when I asked for extra they added two more. Of six pickles. This was the absolutely worst made sandwich from Subway I have ever had and I can understand why the company is going under. Serving a sandwich like this I can’t imagine this shop will be there very long either. The sad thing is I usually can’t finish a 12 inch sandwich. I eat 6 inches and I saved the other for dinner. I finished the entire 12 inch sandwich and was still hungry because all I was really eating Loaf of bread. I will never return to this location. And honestly, if I go to any subway and someone makes my sandwich like this, I will tell them to keep the sandwich and I will walk out because I will not waste my money like this. This sandwich was an absolute joke and a total waste of money!

  The best subway I ever went to I don’t know what they did to it, but they changed the food taste so much better from another subway is such a clean. The employees are nice. I recommend you guys try.
