I literally pulled hair out of my mouth and was instantly disgusted. The gentleman on the phone started out very rude and he then proceeded to call someone on the phone whom I could only hear echoes from their voice. Quintin Hadkins and Rakia Hadkins made the decor hang up on me when I asked for a corporate number or someone to speak to above them. There was no manager present to handle the call and Rakia the RGM was not in the store just yelling over the phone. This is poor on so many different levels and I will make sure to never from them again. I was told a refund would be issued but I’m not sure that will go through because of the poor customer service.
