I asked the female staff member in front of me for a coffee cup, but she just handed me the cup without saying anything. Then, when I went to get my coffee with the cup, the coffee tank was empty. Panera's food and coffee are delicious, and the atmosphere is nice, but the service is terrible. I think Panera needs more training for their staff.

So she asked the assistant GM Damien about it. He acted as if this was something new. Must be a Gen Z. I felt disrespected and disappointed that him being a so called GM that he wasn't aware of what's going on in the store. Furthermore, he goes to say, he has to look it up. SERIOUSLY!!!!! As if I was making it up. All I was getting was a bagel & coffee. We all know at the end of the day, they probably discard what's left anyway. A FREE BAGEL & COFFEE that doesn't come out his pockets and not at all hurt profits.

This used to be a nice place to go, but today when I went there was a new person working, I asked for my usual I had been getting with my sip club for as long as I can remember. I always order water with whatever fruit is in house. This time he was rude, did not care to help, went and got the manager and yet still somehow was denied getting this. I never take the time to rate only because I always have wonderful experiences. But this time around things changed, had horrible service. Shame on this location.
