  One star only because zero starts isn’t an option. Says it’s a 24 hour drive through, that is not true. I ordered breakfast online, got to the speaker, no answer, drove up to the window, no one to be seen. First window was blocked off by stacks of happy meal boxes. Saw other cars pull up also and not be served. There was cars in the parking lot, who knows what the employees were doing. I’m not surprised at my experience now that I read these other reviews, seems like this location is incapable of providing decent service if any. Might as well close it if this is how they operate. Will be sticking to the Brier Creek location from now on.

  I truthfully have to say this is the worst McDonald’s restaurant I’ve ever been in.. Cary Glen Blvd in Cary, NC. It took almost 1 hour for 3 Big Macs, 4 apple pies, 2 McChickens, a large coffee and 2 large sodas!!! We waited 55 minutes! The guy at the counter has a very bad attitude.. I asked him what’s the hold up and he said “chill out” and told me “Good things come to those who wait” The food wasn’t good! 2 of the Big Macs didn’t even have Mac sauce and 1 didn’t have even a shred of lettuce. They only gave us 1 McChicken. We only got 3 apple pies. The large coffee tasted burnt. I attempted to speak to a manager and was told I would have to wait. When I asked how long they said they don’t know. They told me give them a call in the morning to discuss things. No!!! I’ll handle it right then and there! Or try.. they refused to have the manager come over. They just kept saying I have to wait. But they wouldn’t tell me how long. Am I suppose to wait indefinitely?

  The service here is really bad, very rude and inviting order takers at the window. You pull up and they say “go ahead “ with a very rude tone as if you are bothering them. Then food takes forever to come out. I was literally only person in the line and still had wait a while for the food. Just find it strange to have a McDonalds in of all places Cary to have bad service. All you have to do to get better service is keep driving another 10 min to the McDonald’s in apex and you’ll see a huge difference in service.

  Waited in line 9 minutes before someone came to cash register. Took another 8 minutes for food to come out. Fries were hard a a rock. Sat down to eat and almost all the tables still had food crumbs on them and on floor. Filling drink up at drink counter , Trash cans were overflowing. I will never return here

  This is the worst service in the world, and the customer service is horrible. I was given a drink that was only half full, and when I very politely asked the employee if she could please fill it, she responded very rudely, saying that it was what the machine served and that she couldn’t do anything about it. This kind of treatment toward customers is absolutely unacceptable — the worst of the worst.
