  I ordered the $6 meal deal, and an ice cream cone for my dog. Was supposed to get a McDouble, 4ct chicken nuggets, fries and drink for $6. They forgot the nuggets. The staff usually love on my dog but either the staff is really nice but not thorough or the staff is not nice and thorough. Please be both.

  Hello, I am writing to report a frustrating experience at your McDonald’s location. My mom went to pick up two Snack Wraps for me. It was about a 15-minute drive home. When we looked at the bag, both wraps had a sausage label on them. Because of that label, we assumed the wraps were sausage and did not open them. We then drove another 15 minutes back to the restaurant to resolve the issue. When we arrived, we were told multiple times to open the wraps first. After opening them, we saw they were actually chicken. The issue was not the food itself — it was the incorrect labeling. We only returned because the sticker clearly said sausage, and we relied on that information. When my mom calmly explained that this caused us to make an unnecessary 30-minute round trip — and that she had not even eaten dinner yet — one employee began yelling that we “should have just opened it” and said they “didn’t have any other stickers, so they put sausage.” She then stormed off. We asked for her name and were initially refused. We were eventually told her name was Cameron. We understand mistakes happen. However, incorrect labeling can cause serious issues for customers, especially those with dietary restrictions. More importantly, being yelled at instead of receiving a simple apology or understanding made the situation much worse. We hope this location can improve labeling accuracy and provide better customer service in the future. Thank you for your time.

  I ordered several dinners and sauces for them, at the ordering kiosk, they didn't put the sauces on when I received the order and said I needed to pay for them separately, they were free when ordering
