Food orders are constantly wrong.
Bread is stale.
Employees are rude.
Plenty of other places to eat.
This location needs to go out of business or get better management.

I went to this McDonald’s on December 2nd around 4:00ish in the afternoon. Ordered what I always get, as I am a regular at this location due to its proximity to my home, which was a QPC large meal and a McCrispy large meal. I asked for them to be salted extra at the window, and was directed to a drive thru wait stop. I waited probably 10-15 minutes in the spot while they prepared my food, and when I got my food the fries had zero salt on them. So I go back around the drive-thru, explain that I got no salt on my fries and requested new ones, I go back through the drive thru line and explain my predicament to a good employee named Elliott. He offered to give me salt packets to which I just requested new fries, and after that I was handed a new bag of fries from a manager by the name of Emily, and as they were handed to Elliott the manager even said ‘these are the no salt fries’ as he passed them to me. So I sat there stunned for a moment because I had asked for extra salt, and it was only one fry instead of both for the meals I had purchased. I was yet again redirected to the takeout drive thru spot, and I sat for another 10-15 minutes before deciding that having to wait that long for new fries was ridiculous.
Normally if this was a once or twice situation that would be fine, but I’m going to this McDonald’s at least once a week. And this exact situation has happened 10 or so times over the past two months. This is frustrating because I’m spending money and either getting my fries ice cold without any salt, or warm without any salt. They took down their customer complaints phone number on the drive thru window, so I can only do this review.
