    We drove up on Nov 16 2025 at about 8pm. So, when I drove up, there was still someone else’s order on the screen which isn’t a big deal. Normally as soon as someone starts talking, it goes away. When the lady spoke, it was still there but I decided to still order, thinking she would clear it. I was halfway thru my order when I noticed the previous order was still up and she was adding to it. I mentioned it and she said she couldn’t hear me and wanted me to continue with the order. She added the next item and I mentioned again, that the previous order is still up. She started getting short about how she couldn’t hear me and started cutting me off when I mentioned if she had heard me. After another 30 seconds of her being rude, we decided to drive off. I’m not expecting everything to be perfect at a drive thru but being rude to people is a quick way for me to drive away and leave this review. BTW, we drove down to the McDs at corporate drive and had a good experience.

    Supposed to open at 5. We show up at 520. No one is responding to the drive thru. As we drive around each and every one of them is standing there on their phones. If this is how you run your location, it won’t last long.

    Wow, they charged me a dollar for a cup to drink water. That’s Cary for you, I was just in Durham this morning and that was not the case. lol

    Super slow service. We stop here only because we are in a hurry yet it takes over 10 minutes to get our 2 burgers and a happy meal.

    The location closes at midnight. I pulled up around 11:25 pm on 10/13 after placing a mobile order and prepaying through the app. When I got there there were 2 lines, one line had 2 cars so I went to the empty lane. After a 10+ minute wait, I heard them on the speaker in the other lane, which sounded like “we’re temporarily closed.” The car behind and drove off, but not the actual car at the speaker so I wasn’t sure if that’s what they said. After a few minutes that car then pulls off so I pull up to the 2nd window where they hand the food out to at least figure out how to resolve the issue with me already paying for my food. I get to the window and I see two associates, one black young girl with reddish brown hair and glasses, and one white woman with black and teal hair and glasses. They’re hugging each other and crying, then they both ignore me and leave the store. They don’t actually leave though, instead just stand outside while the one with teal hair smokes a cigarette, and the other was talking to someone in a car. Meanwhile tons of ppl are pulling up to the drive thru lanes, while employees are outside watching them saying nothing. Instead, the cars just drove off after getting impatient with waiting. Obviously something unfortunate happened, but to completely disregard tons of customers and not even have the decency to tell them you’re closing is beyond disrespectful and trifling. I don’t care what you’re going through, the world doesn’t revolve around you and you still need to be considerate. I could not care less about what they have going on that caused them to be so rude and self-centered, I am now more focused on filing complaints and making sure I get my refund. Because this is just unacceptable and tasteless.
