- JJJessDec 16, 20251.0Don't get breakfast at this location. They can never get anything right. I had a mobile order this morning and they we ordered it before the breakfast deadline. The breakfast deadline for online orders was 10:55 but now they all of sudden switched it back to 10:30 without saying anything. Mind you, even if the deadline is 10:30 we still ordered breakfast before then. The two hispanic ladies in drive thru were very rude when telling us to cancel it because they weren't gonna make it. I didn't care about canceling, but they wouldn't let us cancel it at the windows, and wouldn't let us inside to cancel it. Mind you they wouldn't let us African-Americans in but we're letting other people inside. Another African-American guy wasn't let inside either. Then we almost couldn't get our money back because they pushed it through on their end that they were working on it. My question is, why say you're working on it if you know you're not going to? I hate showing out in public as an African-American women, but it was necessary to get my money back. Without the racism, the morning time people can't ever get our order right. I've tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is stupid and irritating now. I've had a very rude and racist experience this morning, won't be going back to this location. 0/10 don't recommend.
