I asked for some condiments and there was nothing in my bag. I had to walk to the counter to ask for some and they would only give me one. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE.

The lady who was already delivering stuff to people asked me to move to the parking lot, I said that I have been asked to park here. She goes “whatever you want” In a very rude way. Then the guy brings out my food, no straw, I ask him for straw, and he gives me And say something rude, and after handing me over the straw, says something very very offensive. These two employees should be removed from this McDonald’s facility.

They made it so easy to make the changes to my order I needed to make sure I got what I wanted. I felt taken care of and they didn't make me feel bad for the mistake I made. We got things worked out and if it wasn't for their help I would have felt unwelcome. I truly think these team members go above and beyond. Management, please thank them both, from the dumb guy in the drive thru who they made feel special. Thank you again :)
