  Yesterday, I went in to eat. There were employees playing a very loud (training?) video very loudly on a phone in the center of the room. Today got a hamburger only ketchup. This picture displays obvious onions, on both sides. Nonetheless I now have no ketchup. I usually check, because every time I don't, they screw it up. A few months ago they put pickles on and I missed it. I ended up throwing it away and missing that meal.

  Nice employees with the occasional grouch , it is the best McDonald's in Cary in terms of the quality of food though

  employees want to act closed and not respond to drive thru while 20 minutes before drive thru while just trying to get a drink

  So, since you guys don't provide receipts anymore for us to have a store number to file a complaint, I guess I'll say it here. The staff here? Great. Amazing. So polite. But occasionally my order gets messed up (like today) which isn't a huge deal... except McDonald's itself doesn't provide ways to make quick service complaints via their app. EVERY OTHER fast food app has this function. McDonald's won't offer refunds nor replacements and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to do ANY kind of feedback via the app. I didn't order via the store so asking them for a refund will get me a run around. FIX YOUR APP. OFFER YOUR CUSTOMERS SOLUTIONS FOR WHEN THINGS GO WRONG Edit: Yeah, your link does NO GOOD. YOU ARE MISSING THE POINT THAT YOU DO NOT PROVIDE STORE NUMBERS TO EVEN USE THAT COMPLAINT FORM. THIS WAS THE ENTIRE POINT OF MY COMPLAINT!!!! SO LINK ME TO THE THING I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT?! DUR!

  On Dec 3, 2025 at 7:52 p.m., I ordered some quick menu items - 4 McChickens, 2 Medium Fries, 2 soft drinks, and a Happy Meal. For these items, I was asked to pull to the Drive Thru Reserved 1 spot. At 8:05, someone came out and said that no one told her my food was ready, but she handed me a bag. After informing her that I was missing the Happy Meal, she went back for it. So at 8:07 I finally had my food. Not only did it take 15 minutes to receive my food, but the girl who came out did not appear to take accountability - she had said no one told her the food was ready. She could have looked for the food or checked. It makes me wonder how long the food was waiting in the warmer. I know for a fact, as someone employed at a McDonalds in 2006, that even if none of the food was cooked and only 1-2 people were on staff, I should have had my food in hand in under 5 minutes. Fries take 3 minutes from frozen and the McChickens take 3 1/2. The small hamburger patties take less than a minute. Drop the chicken, start the burgers, and drop the fry. Pull the burgers in under a minute and prep the ingredients for assembly. Pull the fries, then pull the McChicken. Assemble, bag, and go. This is not the excellence that I expect from McDonalds. I was not given a receipt, or I would have left the review through their survey service instead of here. This is not the first time I have had issues with this particular McDonalds (usually missing food or not correctly made to order) but it will be the absolute last. There are two other McDonalds convenient to my house, and even if they are not convenient to my route that day, I will detour if the desire so strikes. 15 minutes.
