  Everything is amazing here ! From the clean store to the awesome staff and great food. This is honestly the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. It’s at a great location and the atmosphere is always so welcoming and inviting. Customer service is awesome and Ashleigh is Awesome and always so kind and goes out of her way to make sure everything is exactly how you want it to be. The food is always so fresh and delicious as well. I highly recommend this place!!!

  Cold staff, extremely slow service. It shouldn't take 20+ minutes for a single sandwich order, at minimal traffic.

  20+ minutes for an online order with one customer in store. No greeting when entering. 20 minutes after order placed, order still hasn't even been started. Staff was cold and indirect.
