  I went through the drive thru and there was an employee smoking (not tobacco, but MJ) less than 10 feet from the drive thru screen. I drove past them to get to the pickup window and the employee there didn’t greet me and kept cleaning for about a minute before beginning to prepare my order. The smell from the guy smoking stayed in my car for the whole ride home. I’ve always experienced this location not greeting me (lack of good customer service in general) but this experience with an employee smoking where everybody can see them has made me decide not to return anymore.

  When this location first opened up, it was great. The staff that they had was amazing friendly efficient. I never waited more than five minutes for my coffee and food. As of the last two or three months, the service has been terrible. Their employees are lazy playing JBL speakers in the lobby and don’t seem to have any concern as to when I get my food or drink today I waited almost 45 minutes for a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese and when I finally got the bacon egg and cheese, it was cold it wasn’t toasted and it wasn’t even the right breakfast meat. I will not be returning to this Dunkin and I urge everybody else to do the same until they can get an overhaul of a new staff because the staff they have now absolutely sucks.

  This store is always out of donuts waited over 10min for them to acknowledge I was in the store drive thru seems to take priority over in store customers

  I come here very often, probably too often, but “L” never disappoints in his amazing customer service, remembering my exact drink & always just being a breath of fresh air. And my drink is ALWAYS DELICIOUS!
