I walked in to the store being completely empty and cold, I wait 10 minutes to order but the staff was busy giggling in the back and didn’t care about me, I tried getting their attention and they simply ignored me, a other person tried to get a donut too but the staff was rude, and busy doing other things to each other.

Not getting my business again, I am not sure why they still have franchise running there.
