I ordered a chocolate donut with sprinkles and a biscuit breakfast sandwich that comes with bacon egg and cheese but I substituted the bacon for sausage, I got there and nobody at the front counter, lady just standing there waiting by for her food I’m guessing, I asked a worker where I pick up Mobile orders, because I didn’t know where, and he was pretty dismissive and rude saying they are pretty busy and will get to it when they can…mind you I ordered this through the app 12+ minutes ago, they never addressed the fact me and another guy were there waiting, and then I finally got my food and my sandwich had bacon, no sausage. Why did I wait this long just to have my order wrong? 6 dollar sandwich just for it to be wrong? I ended up not eating it, the biscuit itself was also hard and burnt ..I just wanted sausage instead of bacon..I honestly don’t recommend this place the staff were rude and not even acknowledging of the people in the store

Alright… I don’t even like leaving bad reviews, but this one earned it.
I’m normally a Starbies girlie through and through, but every February I make a very specific exception for the brownie batter donuts. I finally found a location that actually had them in stock this morning and I was READY.
Pulled up and the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. Cool, no problem, I’ll just go inside. Except it was a problem.
I stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes and neither of the 2 employees that were working acknowledged me. Not a “be right with you,” not eye contact, nothing. There were multiple people standing around me also being completely ignored.
When I finally flagged someone down, I explained I had a mobile pickup with two separate orders. She cut me off with “name?” before I could finish. I gave my name, tried again to explain, and she just walked away mid-sentence.
She came back and literally slammed my drink on the counter. No words. No “here you go.” Nothing. I said thank you and mentioned the donuts. Cue the glare. She stomped off, grabbed them, and slammed those down too like I personally offended her by existing. Then when I asked for a straw, she snapped, “they’re right behind you,” and walked away, still leaving the other customers standing there.
Like… ma’am. I just wanted donuts, not with a side of attitude.
I get that mornings are busy and I know food service is stressful because I did it for multiple years, but basic human decency and acknowledging customers is the bare minimum. This wasn’t rushed; it was straight up rude.
Honestly, this whole experience reminded me why I usually stick to Starbucks. If you’re slammed, at least pretend we’re human. That’s all I’m asking.
I have been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ location for years and have always received great service—until this morning.
I placed my usual weekly order and requested a toasted butter croissant. When I was handed the croissant, it had no butter on it. Shortly after, the employee at the window returned and asked, in a rude tone, what else I was waiting for. I replied, in a stern but calm voice, that I was waiting for my munchkins and donuts. She retrieved them and came back.
My daughter then pointed out again that there was still no butter on her croissant, so I politely asked if we could get a side of butter. The employee walked away without saying anything and returned very rudely, stating that I would have to pay for it. I explained that we ordered a butter croissant and did not receive butter. She replied that it “should have been on there.” I responded that it clearly was not.
She then told me to “calm down,” which was completely unnecessary. At no point did I cause a scene or raise my voice until I was spoken to that way. Being told to calm down as a paying customer, especially when I was simply addressing a mistake, was extremely unprofessional.
What made the situation worse was when another employee came to the window and told me I needed to stop yelling at her coworker. This person clearly did not witness the attitude I was receiving. I was standing up for myself and for my daughter, who was directly affected by the poor service and disrespectful behavior.
The entire interaction was filled with attitude, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. I was greeted with hostility, spoken to rudely, and dismissed when addressing a simple mistake. After years of loyalty, this experience was shocking and unacceptable.
I truly hope management addresses this situation, as no customer deserves to be treated this way.
Avoid the drive-thru at all costs! My brother went through and couldn’t even order for the both of us before being cut off and told to pull forward. Their customer service needs some serious work like other reviews have mentioned.
Only come through if you’re a psychic that knows what they have in stock and can order at the speed of light.
I'm seriously disappointed!
Getting coffee and food out is a treat or it's supposed to be.
I can't believe what I paid for and what I got. Not to mention this is fast food and the prices are ridiculous but to pay 5:39 a each for two medium hot signature lattes and they are both not hot no whip cream with whatever is on the picture on the sign and it's not even filled up is unacceptable! Such a waste of money.
