The food is done so quickly which always explains lack of quality. Most dunkin donuts need to retrain their staff as this has always been an ongoing issue.

I couldn’t even bite into it and I paid for extra cream cheese and only half of my bag bagel Had cream cheese on it, The hashbrowns were soggy, and all stuck together in a clump. This is my last time going here

I grab a long straw, push through the paper to rip, put it inside the hole of the top to guzzle. Likewise, I take the sweet donut out the bag to eat. I ask Jade The Sales Associate who greets and helps me decide on which free donuts to pick out. Furthermore, I ordered a sweet drink and sweet donut at the cash register. She heard me, rung me up and used her help to give my drink and snack. Perhaps, I paid $10.49 with cash. I take a shared office space doing Travel Research Work like reading "A World View" by Keith Orgerk. We know customers drive through at 6:00pm. However, I belive they want you to stay open later. I'd change the hours from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. This increases customers, sales and revenues.
