  I ordered two pizzas and eight BBQ wings and got them delivered One pizza was supposed to be made with extra Alfredo sauce, cheddar cheese, and Philly steak. When I received the pizza, it had no sauce or Philly cheese steak on it. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. By the time I arrived at the store, it was 10:20 p.m., and carryout was closed. I understand that, but I had been trying to reach them since 9:30 p.m. and had received no answer. When I walked up to the door, I could hear the music playing loudly, which explained why they couldn’t hear the phone. I knocked on the door, and there were two people in the building. One was a dark-skinned man who appeared to be the manager, wearing glasses. The other was a white gentleman. Both saw me knocking at the door but didn’t address me. I waited for another 10 minutes, and then the white gentleman saw me. He turned his back as if he didn’t see me. I felt disrespected and will not be ordering from this location again. I would totally understand if someone had said something to me besides just looking at me and walking away. Now I’m angry my food is wrong and I feel like they just didn’t care.

  My son and his friends ordered a pizza tonight, went downstairs to pick it up but the driver marked it delivered but didn’t deliver it. The pizza was not left at our door or anywhere outside

  I ordered two pizzas and brownies. What came were too completely different pizzas that I did not order. I ordered a supreme and a veggie, both specialty pizzas. What was delivered was a cheese and a pepperoni. But the crazy part is that I called to talk to someone completely understanding because I’ve been in the food industry before, and they put me on hold after finding out that the order was incorrect for an hour, and then just hit the hangup button. It is now an hour and 40 minutes past the delivery time and we haven’t been able to get someone to get the proper pizza nor even come up with a plan. In addition to all of this, the pizza was marked as out of the oven at 4:35, and it did not leave the store for us until a little after 5 PM. The pizza would have been cold by the time they got to us if we even got the correct pizza. I gave them the benefit of the doubt several times, but this is ridiculous.

  I placed an order for 3 pizzas and 4 sauces more than 30 minutes before close and a lady (Naomi) called me from the store to tell me “they’re systems were down” but then had a terrible attitude when I said I would prefer to wait, that’s an option she gave me. When I replied telling her it was my families dinner she then proceeded to tell me that I should’ve ordered earlier, which was extremely rude. I’ve worked for dominoes in the past and you can’t tell someone when to order. please make this right and i’ll be waiting for a response. all the calls are recorded if you didn’t know.
