When I arrived, the order hadn’t gone through properly, but my app clearly showed the redemption. I showed the employee, who admitted he could see it on my phone order, but still refused to give me the breadsticks. When I asked him to make it right, he was rude and dismissive and told me to call corporate. I don't have time to call corporate to get my breadsticks for dinner. I just needed my dinner. As I left, I could hear him loudly complaining/yelling about me to his employees. We are frequent Domino’s customers, but this was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The employee claimed to be the general manager and if he is, I am shocked because he just lost a customer over an order of breadsticks.

I will never get pizza from Domino’s again. I placed an order two days ago for a medium pepperoni pizza and when the delivery driver came, he was very fast with giving me my pizza and I felt like something was wrong because I also didn’t receive a receipt and there wasn’t a sticker for the pizza box so I know no one tampered with it ( I was told they don’t put stickers on the box’s anymore) And it was cold so I opened it and noticed that there was a hair baked into my pizza DISGUSTING me and my daughter never ate the pizza so the next day I called to get a refund and I was told by the manager to call tomorrow to speak to the assistant manager I could not get a hold of anyone when I called for my $24 refund of the pizza I never ate ! I will never eat pizza from Domino’s again.
