Wish the games were kept in better condition, but my son loves it here. The cyberpunk game regularly jams, the Mario kart games have wheels that turn automatically or don't register movement, just a bunch of little things like that. I don't wanna have to chase down a member of staff to reload credits and mess. The food is decent usually.

I visited this place for the arcade but also got the spinach dip appetizer to go. They barely gave any dip but tons of chips. I was disappointed about that especially for the cost. But the taste of it was not good at all. There was way too much spinach and artichoke in it and the taste overall was bad. As far as the arcade goes, there are a good variety of games. I was happy with that and it was a lot of fun, however, I got the best value pack and spent $120 for 900 credits. It said it was a $225 value. The games are priced way too high in my opinion as the credits went by extremely fast. I don't feel like I got the value it advertised. I did get a couple of the jackpots on the games so I was happy about that. When I got to the prize section, there were a good selection of prizes. When we picked out what we wanted, we went to check out and we were literally only lacking a few tickets and the last would not let us get it knowing we would probably never go back there. Overall I would say I had fun but the service was a disappointment, the value was a disappointment and the food was a disappointment.

We recently visited the Dave & Buster's in Cary, NC and had an absolute blast! It was the perfect family fun day, and we highly recommend it. The atmosphere was lively, and the variety of games kept everyone entertained. My kid had the time of their life doing the "Human Crane" game—it was definitely the highlight! They managed to win a massive banana that was a huge hit. We also walked out with tons of other prizes, including a new microphone and some cool mini figures. The coin-pushing game loaded us up with plenty of redeemable cards for tickets. We were on a winning streak and collected over 15 cards while playing! It felt incredibly rewarding and added to the excitement of the day. A special shout-out has to go to our waitress, Carlee, provided us with fabulous service that really made our day. She was incredibly attentive, frequently checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and her sweet demeanor made her an absolute joy to interact with. Great service like that makes a huge difference in the overall experience! If you're looking for a fun-filled afternoon or evening out in the Cary area, do yourself a favor and visit Dave & Buster's. Be sure to try the Human Crane and, if you're lucky, get seated in Carlee's section!

We paid for a large group room and had one waitress for 30 people. Our drinks took 30 minutes to arrive and our food took over an hour. There were multiple issues with our orders, and the food we got was mediocre at best. We were all charged an automatic gratuity for the large group, in addition to the room charge, despite the terrible service. We won’t be back.

TLDR.... if you want a mix of sports bar, club, and something to occupy your kids. It's fine. Don't come for the food. Go to Barcade in DT Raleigh if your nostalgic for a REAL arcade. Literally no way to speak to anyone that works at this location. Everything goes to a corporate answering service. *Update* Even their response was a corporate cut and paste message. More thorough review after we actually went there.... 1) LOUD. And I don't mean video game arcade loud, that section was fine and what you would expect. The dining area was excessively loud to where I could barely hear my wife next to me. Mix of music blaring and football games on the big screens. 2) Jarring. Again, not the video game area, but the dining area. The tvs are MASSIVE and pretty much served as the main lighting source... at least it felt like that. Imagine futuristic anime club scenes where the glow of the neon lights illuminate the room. Like that. Except no side scrolling fight scene to keep you entertained. 3) Service was garbage. Now... you'd think it being a Saturday night they'd be packed with tables and servers bustling everywhere, but when we went at 7pm, it was like a ghost town. It looked like close to 1:1 ratio of servers to front end staff. But from I could tell, our server only had like 2-3 tables (not a lot). It started with us being seated near immediately, but then we sat for 10 minutes at least without even our drink orders being taken. The server said the host didn't tell him, but again.... he had 2 tables outside of us. We were able to order our drinks AND food by the time he got there, because we had time to thoroughly look at our menu before he ever showed up. Drinks came normal speed, food took 30 minutes. Ordered ribs and fries with side of fried shrimp, wife got Caesar salad and side of fries. We didn't see our server until he brought out my food, not hers, and the shrimp were grilled. I told them I asked for fried and he said that was what was rung up on the order. Claimed it was the option he had. The menu allowed two options for side of shrimp. Ribs were as to be expected. Fries were solid, coleslaw tasted funny... and it was warm, like it had been sitting out for a minute. Wife's caesar was absolute trash. Tiniest pieces of chicken you'd ever seen. Didn't see they guy for another 20-30 minutes.... when he brought me the fried shrimp. I was looking for him for 10 minutes to cancel the shrimp. 4) Games were fun, but underwhelming. But honestly I can't really blame them. Modern arcade games are always meh with subpar light guns and too many "win tickets here" style games. We got an all you can play for 90 minutes, were told there could be a 30 second delay if we were both using it, "but people tell me it's actually not delayed." Not that we were gonna buy a 2nd card, but definitely not the best option if you have impatient kids. We were thankfully patient adults, so it was meh. Just wish dude didn't lie about it. Overall, my wife and I strengthened our bond over the crapness of the experience, so that was something.
