  Dave and Buster's used to be one of the only arcade chains I visited, but recently the ticket cost of prizes has soared. No one goes to an arcade to make it big, but I feel like it's important to keep that possibility there. From regular playing, I was barely able to get anything with a $20 power card, and I calculated with a friend that even if you struck a jackpot with every point on that card, you would barely be able to get a succulent or small toy. Compared to just one year ago, I believe the prices have at least doubled, if not more. However, if you're just there for a good time, it will be fun. They've changed some of the layout from the last time I visited and the playing part itself was great.

  Once again I've had a issue with the bartenders here being extremely rude I can't remember the one bartenders name( he was a African American man ) but the other one was tibbs he did not have any respect while speaking to me after making my drink incorrectly. When it came time to pay I asked for my check the bartender placed it on the table and I had my card already in my hand for him and he stood there just staring at me and then I had to ask him. Are you going to take my card so I can pay an his response was I'm looking at you. As in that meant that he was ready to have my card After Telling him that that's not a Response staring at someone he got a worse attitude and proceeded to go to the back with the other workers and talk about me pointing at myself and my husband while he was doing it.

  Its a good family place, the food service takes time as they are under staffed but very friendly. The floor service is prompt and quick. My kids loved it. There was a game that dint work but took our money so they quickly refunded it.

  2 stars for games because my son had fun with that. Over 40 minutes for a kids cheeseburger and a salad ??? Service and the kitchen are super slow, and there is one lady that goes back into the kitchen to help and then is serving the food and not wearing gloves so I just hope she's washing her hands. My 7 year old said "we are never coming back for food, just games" Ridiculous

  I come to Dave and Busters all the time with my wife and 9 year old son - at least once per month. But this past Saturday I went for food and drinks with my wife and the two bartenders (two black men - one named Tibbs) were absolutely horrible. They were both rude and nonchalant about their jobs. The drinks were made incorrectly and the bartenders attitudes were both outrageous. The younger black man seemed like he was exhausted or something and didn't have enough energy to communicate properly when my wife had a free entre via the rewards system and the register was not displaying the coupon correctly. They both showed zero respect and the experience was so bad that we left immediately after the manager came over and fixed the situation. The manager was great but the bartenders were the worst ever. I wish they would not have gotten rid of the normal bartenders because the front line employees make or break the experience for customers. These two new guys are both horrible. I left them each a zero dollar tip. Please fix this issue ASAP because we love to come to this location.
