I’ve worked in the food industry before so I know the protocol when it comes to this. Also, the staff weren’t that apologetic or surprised which made question if this is a normal occurrence here.

My recent experiences at the other have been lacking (though not terrible) so I revisitted this location. The food was slightly better here, but even better the attitude of Mallaika and her treatments was among the best of any fast food restaurant I've been in, in the last few years. Kudos to Mallaika and this location's management.
