  I’ve been eating at Chipotle for over a decade and some stores in the Triangle area (and on a larger scale) have definitely dipped in quality over the past few years, but the food at this location was really good. I was also happy to see that the inside of the store was very clean and well-kept. It looked well-staffed at around 7:30PM on a weekday. Keep up the good work at this location! This will be my new go-to Chipotle.

  I had a great experience on Tuesday 11/4. Service was great - the staff was fast & super friendly. Food was really great. Dining room was really clean. I'll definitely be back.

  Have literally never had Chipotle before this and wanted to see what all the hype is about. From what I know, this is a newer location so I was hopeful. And it was a good experience! Can’t say I was like…blown away by everything?? but it was good overall. Workers were friendly and most were busily stocking/cooking keeping things turned over (which I know can be a struggle sometimes). My tiny complaint is that at the time when I was there, it seemed like only one person was able to help on the line serving customers out of around 4-5 people; there were several people I assume picking up orders online/delivery just crowded around that side of the restaurant. I know it’s not “fast food” but I can see some people potentially complaining if they aren’t served immediately - but I’m happy to wait if that means that the food can be made fresh (which I could see cooking in the back). So - for anyone who isn’t familiar with the place like I was - just be aware that you probably won’t be in and out in five minutes, especially at a peak time, but you’ll get a good meal regardless. Regarding the food - again wasn’t like blown away because it wasn’t anything super novel BUT it was tasty and the guac was extremely fresh and was a nice addition. I know one thing Chipotle can be known for is portions on either end of an extreme and thankfully this location is on the end of “very generous” - I was hardly able to eat about a third of my bowl and was able to save the rest for lunch the next day. (Of course I did get pretty much every topping!) Chicken was good and for me and my husband got the carne asada which was very tender. Rice was cooked well and all the veggies/other ingredients were spot on. Kudos to the team working though - there was an error in applying my coupon for guac and the computer somehow overcharged me but they were able to quickly fix it and refund me so we could get the right amount charged. Very helpful to have food workers who know the system well for when snafus like that occur. I’m not always on this side of Cary/Apex, but if I am I’ll put this Chipotle on my list of places to consider for dinner when I’m craving a good burrito bowl.

  My wife has had placed an order online for a 5:20 PM pick up. I arrive at 5:25 and stated that I was there to pick up an order for Sandy C. I was told it wasn’t ready yet at 5:35. I got up to check on it And the professional young lady at the counter went back and said they didn’t have it. I showed her the confirmation on my phone and she asked me if there was a different name. I stated it was Sandy. It could be Sandy and then I stated my wife’s last name. She came back and said they did not have an order I called. My wife showed them the confirmation she received that it was ready to pick up at 5:20 along with us being charged $40 for it. She went back and spoke to another woman back there and asked again if it was under a different name And I stated to her that it might be her maiden name so I stated that she finally looked at me and said could it be Sandra and I said probably her name is Sandy and that was the problem. It was under Sandra and her last name and I stated Sandy and her last name. The young lady then told me that there was a miscommunication on both parties to have a good night, complete lack of professional service and be accountable for your mistake.

  I just went to get my chipotle. I have add this problem in the past where I ask for salsa or for a large cup of salsa and instead I get one small cup of salsa for 2 large chips. I had to repeat myself several times. I said nothing about drink and finally after I had run out of patients I just took the two large fountain drink cups and left with only one small size cup of salsa. I should not have to repeat myself 3 or 4 times and staff still get it wrong! I am very unhappy! Train your staff better!
