Food so salty, it was inedible and I've eaten chipotle countless times. Someone must have forgotten they already added salt and did it again. Staff was super nice. I was taking it to go and sadly didn't taste test it before I left to eat it at work. Lesson learned. Eat at the store and order in person to get good portions

I paid for guacamole with this order and the last ordered and got home and no guacamole both times. When I tried to call the store I sat on the phone with AI bot forever. This was very frustrating as the AI only had options for help with online orders or app orders. I placed this order in the store the traditional way. Finally after 5 minutes of continuously telling the AI that I wanted to speak to a person it transferred me to the store. It rang and then just asked for some option code and hung up on me. I am very angry with all levels. This is not how to do business or treat customers if you want them to return. The sad thing is the girl was very personable and fast. She was just the only one working as the other three people must have been doing a shift change. It is not her fault but after this has happened to me a few times and now most recently twice in a row I needed to make a complaint.

I hate this location with all my heart. I ordered the double protein bowl because it had the macros I need. The was supposed to be done by 5:20pm imagine my surprise when I arrive at 5:18 to an empty restaurant but my food didnt get ready until 6pm! No apologies no communication nothing. The garbage bowl had barely and freaking beans tons OF RICE and flavorless chicken. I will never EVER come back to this god forsaken place.
