I was 30 mins late picking up my bowl so it should have been ready when I got there … no one could find it. I asked an employee and she just said I don’t see it and walked off. I had to then go to the cashier and ask where my bowl was.. after showing the receipt and clarifying that this was the correct location… I was handed some random bowl that was just by the register. I should have checked it. I was handed this Rando bowl and then asked if I wanted a bag… duh I want a bag it’s a take out order. I then had to tell them I also ordered pita chips … they placed all the items in the bag… I left went home …. That was NOT my order. I will NOT be back. I will go to the Cava in Durham and wake forest where I typically go, this location is clearly not to the same standard.
