  I love the flavors of the food here and the fact that most everything to eat is healthy. I usually get a salad bowl. The restaurant is a chain thats following Chipotle's format, just with different flavors. I would say Mediterranean ingredients.

  Cava is my favorite spot for delicious takeout. I don’t get to eat here often bc I live so far. But I always make sure to stop when I’m in the area. The staff is amazing, especially Marquis, and Ke. They are both very helpful and patient! This is by far my favorite location!

  Great lunch! Wonderful selection of salads & Bowls with Mediterranean flair. We both got the chicken shawama. Unique blend of veggies & 2 different dressing made this truly delicious. They also have a wonderful selection of drinks. I had mexican diet coke. It was really good. Lots of other veggie and fruit selections. I highly recommend! They also have take out.

  I am a big fan of CAVA. That being said, I rarely go to this location if I can help it. Every time I’ve been to this location in the past year, the following has been true: - Sanitation/cleanliness: wet rags are used to clean the area where the toppings are kept, and often times the pieces of food that touched the rag falls back into a bin for toppings. The trash is always overflowing no matter what time of day we go. The bathrooms are not very well kept (at least the women’s room) and things are often broken or empty. The station for drinks, lids, and straws is often a mess. The food: I’m not sure if this is the location that gets the last pick of fresh vegetables, but the same order I get at another CAVA location will be rife with limp greens, mushy tomatoes, and old tasting ingredients. The atmosphere: The layout of this CAVA is not my favorite. The line is right next to where most of the seating is, so it’s hard to hear a meal companion speak when someone is ordering directly behind you. Also, there’s only one trash can at the back of the restaurant, so everyone that is finished with their food has to go through an aisle of people sitting with their chairs pushed out to throw away trash. It’s just not designed with a good customer path flow in mind.

  Great lunch at Cava in Cary yesterday with my dearest of friends. The food was excellent! We both had the chicken shawarma salad. You can pick your own toppings if you want to customize. Really delicious. They had Mexican Diet Coke! Don't know why, but it tasted way better than regular diet coke. I highly recommend this casual place for take out or eat in.
