The staff was inattentive for as slow as it was at 9:00 am. It took longer than it should have to fill two latte orders and two food orders. After waiting for our food about 10 minutes we walked back up to the counter and realized they didn't put the food order in. Food quality was not as expected for the price. The Fiesta Bowl had about 2 bites of food in it, similar to what you get served on an airplane. Lattes were too milky and syrupy. We've been to other Caribou locations so we know they can do better.

At one point, a guest informed two staff members that the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper; they acknowledged it, then looked at each other and laughed sarcastically, and no one addressed the issue. When we later asked a simple question about the fireplace, the response was curt and irritated, with staff saying it had been off for years. To cap it off, one of the female employees later burped loudly behind the counter. Overall, the service felt inattentive, immature, and unfriendly, which significantly detracted from the experience.
